Line 1 - 12.0mm

Line 2 - 15.0mm

Line 3 - 3.5mm

Line 4 - 14.0mm

Line 5 - 6.75mm
This issue is easily distinguished by the base of the "i" in "Rialtas" which extends below the surrounding letters.
Scott #21, Hib T22 variety Double top to "S" of "Sealadac"
Scott #19, Unlisted Curved accent over "e". I believe this to be a constant variety from the top row of the sheet. I have seen two examples, both on the bottom half of a vertical coil join pair.
