Dr. Armstrong is a Clinical member of the Association For The Treatment of Sexual Abusers and has been a licensed Marriage, Family & Child Counselor since 1981. He founded the Sex Offender Treatment Program in 1992, is a member of the California Coalition on Sexual Offending and a founding member of the Shasta County Interdisciplinary Team on Sex Offenders.
Frances L. Bennett, M.A. is a member of the Association For The Treatment of Sexual Abusers, a Marriage, Family & Child Counselor Intern and a doctoral candidate in psychology. She has trained in E.M.D.R. and trained extensively in Sandplay Therapy in Switzerland and the United States. Her therapy dog, "corky" assists her in working with children.
