Ordering and Sales Information

Placing Orders
When placing an order please identify the product, order number, description of the piece and quantity.
Name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, credit card number, card type and expiration date are also required.
Orders may be placed by phone at (530) 241-3201 or (800) 417-7003, or by E-Mail.

Pricing
All prices are in in US Dollars and must be paid with a credit card. Billing does not occur until the time of shipment (normally 1 - 3 weeks after ordering). Orders paid by check will not be placed until after check clears.

Shipping and Handling Information
All merchandise is shipped UPS in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping and handling will be billed at current rates.

Foreign Orders
We ship orders worldwide. Payment must be made with a credit card. The customer is responsible for duty charges and taxes upon receipt of order. Shipping and handling will be billed at current rates.

Delivery
All purchases are made to order, therefore the anticipated delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks. If a longer delivery time is anticipated, you will be notified.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If there is damage, please call (530) 241-3201 or (800) 417-7003, or send E-Mail to toney@awwwsome.com for a Return Authorization Number and mailing instructions.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number. All requests must be received within 10 days from receiving order.
  • Items must be returned PREPAID, insured and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping charges are not refundable.
